Its important to us that you to love your order so if something isn't right, we want to know.

Simple Returns and Exchanges (within United States):

As an online boutique, we only take returns made by mail but don't worry, it is actually quite simple.
You can return unused/unworn merchandise within 14 days of original purchase date.

  1. Send an email to orders {at} casadiculture {dot} com stating what item you are returning and why (too large, too small, wrong color, not as pictured, etc).

  2. If the item you are returning is our error or you need an exchange for color or size, we will pay the return shipping and send you a pre-paid USPS shipping label. However, if you are returning the item for any other reason, you will need to pay for postage.

  3. Ship us the item in its original packaging if possible. Be sure to remove any other shipping labels.

  4. Once we receive the item, we will immediately ship your replacement order if it remains in stock.

  5. For returns, we will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 10 days of receiving the returned item.

International Returns (Outside United States):

If you are unhappy with your item, please return the item and place a new order for your desired size or color. We will refund the cost of the item but we cannot offer free return postage or refund duties and taxes that might have been occurred.

How much time do I have to decide before returning an item?
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order to receive a full refund or exchange.

Can I return used or worn items?
No, we currently only accept unworn, unwashed and unused items.

What if I purchased an item on sale, can I still return it or make an exchange?
Yes, you can exchange it providing that the item in is stock. Some items are one-of-a-kind and therefore, cannot be exchanged. If you return an item that you purchased on sale, you will be refunded that amount.

What if I used a promotional code to purchase the items I want to return?
You may return your items however, you cannot use the promotional code towards new items.

Can I get a price adjustment for an online purchase?
No, we do not offer price adjustments.
